À l’occasion de cette conférence, j'aimerais partager avec vous quelques réflexions sur l’approche transdisciplinaire dans les sciences de la formation tout au long de la vie.
À partir de mes recherches sur l’autoformation dans les moments décisifs "kaïros" nous aborderons la question des transformations du sujet et de ses différents niveaux de réalités qui se manifestent dans ces instants créateurs.
Plan :
Une perspective écosystémique tripolaire de l’auto-socio-éco-formation tout au long de la vie. Complexité :
principe d’auto-éco-ré-organisation systémique;
principe dialogique automie dépendance;
principe hologramatique le tout est dans la partie de l’instant créateur.
Transdisciplinarité :
Partir de la réflexivité sur l’expérience de vie c’est se mettre dans une posture TD parce que la vie est TD
3 niveaux de réalité des interactions formatrices entre la personne et l’environnement.
3 niveaux de réalité du sujet : Je/moi//soi ·
Tiers inclus : le je-ne-sais-quoi et le presque rien de l’ipséité
Une méthodologie la recherche-formation expérientielle : l’exploration phénoménologique et la mise en dialogue herméneutique des kaïros d’autoformation expérientielle.
La transformation au cœur du kaïros : Intuition heuristique et vocationnel le daïmon; Suspension de la conscience ordinaire et de l’intentionnalité émergence du soi et de l’attention non intentionnelle; le dépouillement des images du moi.
